Shree Reddy, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Virginia based PenFed Credit Union, won the 2025 CapitalCIO ORBIE Award in the Enterprise category for his leadership, innovation and business impact at PenFed.
The ORBIE Awards, hosted by CapitalCIO, a chapter of the Inspire Leadership Network, seeks to honor CIOs who drive business transformation and make a lasting impact on the industry.
Doug King, CapitalCIO Chair, described the recognition and said, "Great CIOs understand how connections drive transformation."
He added, "The ORBIE Awards recognize CIOs who leverage relationships to drive innovation, solve complex challenges, and create value that is shaping the future of the Capital Area."
After graduating from Nagpur University and University of Michigan, Reddy worked at Bank of America before making a move to PenFed Credit Union.
