Gurdip Jande named Chief Product Officer of Broadvoice

Broadvoice | GoContact, a California based AI-powered customer experience technology company, announced the appointment of Gurdip Jande as Chief Product Officer.
With over three decades of experience in building and scaling cloud, SaaS, and artificial intelligence solutions, Jande will lead Broadvoice’s global product organization.

He would be responsible for driving strategy, innovation, and execution across its growing communications and AI portfolio.
Talking about the latest addition to the company's leadership, Jim Murphy, CEO of Broadvoice, said: “Gurdip knows what it takes to lead high-performing product teams and deliver customer experiences that truly move the needle.”
Murphy added, “His track record in operationalizing AI to create measurable business impact makes him an invaluable addition to our leadership team and our roadmap.”
Jande transitioned to Broadvoice from his previous role as Chief Product Officer for Cloud Applications at Honeywell. Prior to Honeywell, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer at Mitel.
Jande expressed excitement over his appointment and said, “Broadvoice is at an inflection point where product innovation, AI, and customer experience converge.”
He added, “I’m excited to help shape the strategy that will drive our platforms forward, deliver meaningful results for our clients, and create long-term value for the business.”
Broadvoice acquired Portugal based GoContact in 2021 to expand its technology portfolio and global reach, particularly in the cloud contact center space.
