The resolution asserts that the State of Arunachal Pradesh is as an integral part of India and protects its territorial integrity against China's aggression
Congressman Rich McCormick introduced a bipartisan resolution with Rep. Jared Moskowitz recognizing India's territorial claim to the disputed Arunachal Pradesh region in the face of aggression by communist China.
The resolution seeks to recognize the State of Arunachal Pradesh as an integral part of India and supports India’s sovereignty and territorial integrity against China's aggression. According to a release, it strongly opposes China’s unilateral attempts to advance territorial claims by declaring Arunachal Pradesh as the Southern part of Tibet.
