Experity, a Chicago-based software and services company for on-demand healthcare in the US urgent care market, has announced the appointment of Bobby Ghoshal as its new President and Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Ghoshal will oversee the company’s daily operations and support strategic initiatives to enhance innovation, improve patient experiences, and boost profitability for urgent care and on-demand healthcare providers.
Ghoshal brings more than three decades of experience in technology and operational leadership, with a strong track record in healthcare transformation. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Commercial Officer of Residential Care Software at ResMed, where he led the global strategy and operations of its software division. He has also held key leadership roles at ResMed subsidiaries, including Chief Technology Officer and COO of Brightree, a provider of SaaS solutions for out-of-hospital care. Ghoshal also spearheaded IT strategy across ResMed’s commercial operations in the Americas.

Ghoshal holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and Telecommunications from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Calicut, India.
