Dangeti Jahnavi from Palakollu, Andhra Pradesh, has become the first Indian to complete NASA’s International Air and Space Program. She has now been selected to travel to space in 2029 as part of the Titan’s Orbital Port Space Station mission, a U.S.-based project scheduled to launch within the next four years.
Jahnavi, who studied Electronics and Communication Engineering at Lovely Professional University in Punjab, was raised in Palakollu, where she also completed her intermediate education. She has been selected as an Astronaut Candidate (ASCAN) with Titans Space for the 2029 orbital expedition.
