Iyer joins Coretelligent following a tenure as North America leader at Mastek, where he drove significant revenue growth and margin expansion. His previous leadership positions include executive roles at Persistent Systems, DXC Technology, Hexaware, and HCLTech, and as CEO of CIGNEX Datamatics.
“It’s an exciting time to join Coretelligent,” Iyer said. “This is a company with a strong reputation, an incredibly talented team, and a deep commitment to delivering secure, scalable, and tailored IT solutions. I look forward to building on that foundation as we continue to grow and innovate for our clients.”
NEP partner and board member Adam Garcia Eveloff emphasized Iyer’s alignment with Coretelligent’s vision. “Vijay brings a unique blend of operational leadership, strategic clarity, and sector-specific expertise. His track record in scaling IT services businesses and leading through transformation makes him the ideal fit to lead Coretelligent into its next phase.”
Backed by Norwest Equity Partners (NEP) since 2021, Coretelligent has executed four strategic acquisitions in pursuit of its long-term growth strategy. Under Iyer’s leadership, the company aims to enhance its end-to-end IT support offerings, with a particular emphasis on integrating Generative AI into cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and workflow automation.
