The Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC) has added four new associate members for the 119th Congress, bringing its total membership to 83—the highest since its founding in 1994. The new members are Representatives Wesley Bell (MO-01), Robert Garcia (CA-42), Tim Kennedy (NY-26), and April McClain Delaney (MD-06).

“I am excited to welcome them to the caucus,” said CAPAC chair Rep. Grace Meng (NY-06). “Now 83 members strong—the largest in CAPAC’s 31-year history—our caucus has grown in both size and geography to ensure Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders across the country have a voice at the decision-making table. I look forward to working closely with our ally members to defend our rights, stand up to extremism, and deliver results for our AANHPI communities.”

Rep. Ro Khanna (CA-17) and Rep. Pramila Jayapal (WA-07) serve as associate members.
