Vasu Sarangapani and Raghu Chandra join Improving’s s board

In their new roles, Vasu and Raghu will guide strategic growth, innovation, and global expansion while strengthening Improving’s visionary leadership.

Dallas-based IT consulting and software development company, Improving, has appointed Indian-American tech experts Vasu Sarangapani and Raghu Chandra to its board of directors.

Sarangapani brings more than 30 years of experience in scaling technology services organizations. As chief growth and sales officer at GlobalLogic, he led the company through 28 consecutive quarters of growth, increasing revenue from $250 million to over $900 million. He also served as president and CEO of Relevance Lab, where he unified three digital engineering firms, improving both operational efficiency and profitability.

Chandra, also a 30-year industry veteran, offers deep technical expertise and strategic leadership across product development, enterprise IT, and cloud transformation. He currently advises AI startups and has a proven track record of driving innovation in sectors including aviation, healthcare, and enterprise cloud. His past roles include leadership positions at Cognizant and Capgemini, where he launched and scaled global cloud transformation services.

Their appointments mark a pivotal moment for Improving, which continues to expand its global presence through initiatives like CodeLaunch, which bridges non-technical founders with developers, offering hands-on startup support through product development and incubation across North America.
