Indian American actor, producer, and author Mindy Kaling has been announced as the keynote speaker for eXpcon 2025, the flagship event of real estate company eXp Realty. The conference will take place from October. 20-22 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, welcoming thousands of agents, brokers, and industry leaders from around the world.
Kaling, known for her work on The Office, The Mindy Project, and Never Have I Ever, will deliver a talk focused on creativity, leadership, and forging one’s path in competitive industries. While the full keynote content has not yet been disclosed, her appearance signals eXp Realty’s intent to bridge real estate with cultural relevance and innovation.

A recipient of the National Medal of Arts and a New York Times bestselling author, Kaling has long been a cultural force in American entertainment. Her inclusion in eXpcon marks a continuation of her influence beyond Hollywood, offering insight into entrepreneurship and the power of authentic storytelling.
