Indian-origin executive Puja Vohra has been appointed chief marketing officer and executive vice president of Advertising Sales at Fox Corporation, a newly created role that consolidates ad sales marketing across the company’s entire portfolio.
Vohra will report directly to Jeff Collins, president of Advertising Sales, Marketing and Brand Partnerships. She officially begins her new role on June 16.
Vohra will oversee advertising sales marketing strategies for FOX Entertainment, FOX News, FOX Sports, and streaming platform Tubi. Her responsibilities include crafting unified messaging, enhancing the portfolio’s value proposition, and enabling sales teams to meet evolving customer needs and market trends.
“With extensive experience as both a B2B and B2C marketer, Puja's perfectly suited to this role to shape and amplify our portfolio's value proposition in the marketplace,” said Collins. “I'm excited for her to lead our terrific marketing team as they continue to share our powerful FOX Advertising story.”
Born and raised in India, Vohra began her marketing career at Seagram India and MTV India. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Hindu College, Delhi University, and an MBA in Marketing and Economics from IIM Calcutta. She also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford.
Vohra said she was eager to get started. “I'm thrilled to join Jeff and the team at this exciting time for Fox Corporation,” she said. “The momentum behind the portfolio is palpable, and I look forward to working with our talented marketers to drive growth and unlock new opportunities across the company.”
She joins FOX from Paramount Global, where she served as EVP of Marketing for Paramount+. There, she led major campaigns for shows such as Landman, Tulsa King, Halo, and 1923, as well as sports content like the NFL and UEFA.
Prior to that, Vohra was EVP of Brand Marketing & Strategy at Showtime, where she managed campaigns for series including Yellowjackets, Billions, and The Chi. She also held leadership roles at Warner Media’s truTV and NBCUniversal.
Vohra has received numerous industry awards, including Peabody, Clio, Webby, and Promax honors. She currently serves on the Leadership Advisory Council for the Grameen Foundation and on the board of Kinhaven Music School in Vermont.
