Max Capacity is hiring a sharp, systems-driven Operations Manager to help us automate, streamline, and scale. We’re an AI-powered marketing agency helping service-based businesses grow with beautiful, high-converting websites and next-gen digital strategy.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in organized chaos, loves process improvement, and gets excited about automating repetitive tasks with tools like Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, Notion, and ClickUp. You’ll also collaborate on building AI agents to run parts of our operations and marketing systems.

What you’ll do:

Build and manage internal automations across platforms (Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel)
Oversee and improve project and task management (ClickUp, Notion)
Document SOPs and optimize workflows for speed and efficiency
Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and communication across teams
Track KPIs, reporting, and process performance
Partner with the founder to implement and scale AI-based operations

What we’re looking for:

3+ years in operations, systems, or automation roles
Strong experience with Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, Notion, ClickUp, Google Workspace
Excited about AI tools, automation, and continuous optimization
Proactive communicator, organized thinker, natural problem solver
Bonus: Experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, or no-code tools
