We are seeking a dedicated and talented Community Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will maintain consistent brand presence and community engagement during weekend hours.
This is a part-time, remote position, working up to 24 hours per week. As a member of the Social team, you will collaborate with our Social Media Manager and Assistant Community Manager and report directly to our Social Media Director.
REMOTE: This role is classified as non-exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement, is remote, and open to candidates based in the United States. The position requires working in PST hours, so candidates located on the West Coast are preferred. The work environment is primarily remote, requiring reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions.
What You’ll Do:
Essential Job Functions
Weekend Community Engagement:
- Maintain community engagement momentum across social and digital platforms during weekend hours (Friday-Sunday), ensuring consistent brand presence when weekday team members are off.
- Uphold ONE/SIZE's brand voice and tone in all weekend communications, maintaining quality and authenticity during peak social engagement periods.
- Follow established engagement guidelines to ensure consistency in weekend community interactions.Weekend Content and Growth Activities:
- Post content on social channel(s), maintaining brand voice while driving audience engagement and growth.
- Monitor and engage with weekend content trends and conversations, ensuring the brand remains part of relevant cultural moments.
- Implement pre-approved content strategies while having the autonomy to respond to emerging weekend trends appropriately.
- Serve as weekend liaison between our community and internal teams, documenting important feedback or issues for weekday follow-up.
- Manage time-sensitive social media responses during weekend hours, ensuring customers receive prompt attention during peak shopping days.
- Document emerging weekend trends for weekday team review and implementation.
Weekend Reporting:
- Maintain detailed weekend activity logs tracking engagement metrics, notable interactions, and emerging issues.
- Prepare weekend summary reports highlighting key metrics and insights for Monday team review.
