You will take ownership of marketing operations infrastructure and lead the optimization of campaign execution, reporting, and data quality. As a key player in the marketing team, you will drive technology integration, support campaign tracking and attribution, and ensure data integrity across platforms. Accountabilities:
- Manage and optimize marketing technology stack including Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, and LeanData
- Lead marketing campaign execution and reporting infrastructure for improved tracking and attribution
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, efficient program deployment and lead handoff
- Develop dashboards and templates to monitor KPIs like engagement, deliverability, and performance
- Maintain database quality by ensuring data cleanliness, lead segmentation, and campaign tracking integrity
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within marketing systems and campaign workflows
- Design and implement structured testing methodologies to continuously improve campaign outcomes
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, with a strong focus on operations and analytics
- Proficiency in key marketing platforms: Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, LeanData, and similar tools
- Marketo certification preferred; strong knowledge of lead lifecycle and marketing automation workflows
- Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions and operational improvements
- Familiarity with compliance and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Location in US Central or Eastern time zone is preferred
