You love color, skin and nail care, and have an interest in clean beauty done thoughtfully. Overview Londontown is seeking a Retention Manager who will work closely with the Digital Marketing Director to support all retention and loyalty initiatives including Email, SMS, and Rewards. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be organized with an eye for detail, and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. This position offers a part-time flex-schedule with work from home.

  • Manage Email and SMS campaigns including calendar planning, creative briefs, execution, and reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing and Ecommerce teams to plan and manage the Email/SMS calendar and support product launches, website events, and brand stories.
  • Manage automated flow performance, creatives, segmentation, and subscriber journey.
  • Review campaign and automation performance to help drive strategic decisions.
  • Maximize customer engagement, retention, lifetime value, and loyalty
  • Identify industry trends and insights that will help refine our retention marketing approach Candidate requirements

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in retention marketing with email and SMS
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Attentive
  • Must have experience working in a fast paced environment in a high volume setting
  • Experience working in GA4 to report and analyze data and provide actional insights
  • Experience executing retention marketing programs and exceeding performance and revenue targets
  • Must have experience with campaign set up and performance analysis
  • Must have experience planning and executing email/SMS calendar
  • Experience with Loyalty/Rewards programs
  • Must have a passion for and knowledge of the beauty industry
  • Ability to think creatively and independently, as well as collaboratively
