Key Responsibilities:

Develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and best practices.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create seamless and responsive user interfaces.
Ensure code quality and maintainability through best coding practices, automated testing, and peer reviews.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to enhance user experience.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Utilize version control systems such as GitHub and SVN for effective code management.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvements.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
Expertise in programming languages such as Java and JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
Strong knowledge of backend technologies, including Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Proficiency in database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
