What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain financial models and analyze key metrics to support strategic planning, fundraising, and board-level communications
  • Support investor updates and board materials
  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across GTM, pricing, partnerships, and product
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform company strategy
  • Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and leadership team on business-critical initiatives
  • Help shape internal processes, dashboards, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or top-tier consulting
  • FP&A or business operations experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with demonstrated deal or transaction experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly intelligent, detail-oriented, and action-biased
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves to get things done
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in early-stage startups, ecommerce, B2B2C, or logistics a plus
