The FP&A Manager will bring insight to our financial planning and performance tracking efforts. You’ll partner cross-functionally to shape budgets and drive accountability across the business. The FP&A Manager will support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements driving the business forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with the department leads to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Report on performance and other key product areas—surfacing trends, opportunities, and risk indicators.
- Collaborate with the People team to manage hiring plans and track progress against budget.
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages for executive leadership support board and investor presentations.
- Identify and implement process improvements across planning and reporting workflows to support a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Assist in the rollout and optimization of travel, expense, and budgeting systems to enhance financial operations and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 6+ years in FP&A or strategic finance roles, in a startup or high-growth tech environment
- Strong modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets);
- Demonstrated ability to support and influence cross-functional teams with data-driven insights
- Experience in consumer health, wellness, or diagnostics is a plus
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and a passion for Function’s mission
