Be it a friend, mentor, sibling, or companion — this evening is about shared stories, soulful bites, and celebrating connection.
Hosted by Smruthi, a passionate home chef who has been cooking since grade 7 and now volunteers with New India Abroad, this dinner is a personal expression of love through food. From the crackle of a masala dosa to the slow-simmered richness of paneer butter masala, each dish on the menu is handmade with nostalgia and flair.

Amrit Pina Colada — A tropical, creamy mocktail kissed by coconut and lime
Laal Gobi Tandoori Bites — Cauliflower fried to golden perfection in bold spices
Avakaya Fusion Toast — Andhra pickle meets NYC cheese toast
Satrangi Salad Bowl — A colorful explosion of fresh veggies and desi zest
Kesar-e-Noor Pulao — Saffron-kissed basmati rice with royal ghee aromas
Shahi Paneer Butter Masala — A rich, velvety North Indian classic
Desi Dosa Dhamaka — Crispy masala dosa with Sambar & Chutney
