भारत में पैसा जमा करने पर NRI को बंपर फायदा, RBI ने बदला नियम

भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक यानी RBI ने विदेशी मुद्रा अनिवासी अकाउंट FCNR (B) जमा पर ब्याज दर बढ़ा दी है। अब बैंकों को 6 दिसंबर 2024 से नए FCNR (B) जमा करने की अनुमति होगी। यह ब्याज दर ओवरनाइट रेट (ARR) में 400 पॉइंट्स जोड़कर तय की गई है, जो 1 से 3 साल के जमा पर लागू होगी। इस फैसले का उद्देश्य विदेशी मुद्रा जमा आकर्षित करना है। ये नई दरें मार्च 2025 तक लागू रहेंगी।
