अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने हाल ही में "गोल्ड कार्ड" रेजिडेंसी परमिट की घोषणा की है, जो अमीर प्रवासियों के लिए अमेरिकी नागरिकता पाने का एक नया और तेज़ रास्ता होगा। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, यह नई योजना मौजूदा EB-5 इन्वेस्टर वीज़ा प्रोग्राम की जगह ले सकती है, जो अब तक विदेशी निवेशकों के लिए स्थायी निवास पाने का एक लोकप्रिय जरिया था।
