હવે ગુજરાત રાજ્યનો કોઈપણ નાગરિક પોતાની ફરિયાદ સીધી મુખ્યમંત્રી ભુપેન્દ્ર પટેલને કરી શકે તેવી વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવી રહી છે. વર્ષ 2025-26 ના રાજ્ય સરકારના બજેટમાં આ માટે 1 કરોડની હાલ જોગવાઈ કરવામાં આવી છે. મુખ્યમંત્રી કાર્યાલય દ્વારા આ હેલ્પલાઇન શરુ કરવાની કામગીરી માટે એજન્સીઓ નીમવામાં આવશે ત્યારબાદ ટૂંક સમયમાં "CM on Call" સેવાનો પ્રારંભ કરવામાં આવશે.
