JITO (જૈન ઇન્ટરનેશનલ ટ્રેડ ઓર્ગેનાઇઝેશન) અમદાવાદ તથા જૈન સમાજ દ્વારા વિશ્વ કલ્યાણના સંકલ્પને જન જન સુધી પહોંચાડવા આજે (9 એપ્રિલે) વિશ્વના 108થી વધુ દેશમાં 'વિશ્વ નવકાર મહામંત્ર' દિવસનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. દિલ્હીથી પીએમ નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ સમગ્ર કાર્યક્રમનો પ્રારંભ કરાવ્યો હતો. તેઓએ જૈન સમાજ વિશે વાત કરતા જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ભારતની ઓળખાણમાં જૈન ધર્મની પ્રતિભા અણમોલ છે. નવા સંસદ ભવનમાં પણ જૈન ધર્મનો પ્રભાવ સ્પષ્ટ દેખાય છે. પાછલાં વર્ષોમાં 20થી વધુ તીર્થંકરોની પ્રાચીન મૂર્તિઓ વિદેશથી પરત આવી છે. જૈન ધર્મ સૂક્ષ્મ જીવોમાં પણ અહિંસાને માનનારો છે. છેલ્લે વડાપ્રધાને JITOને આયોજન માટે અભિનંદન પાઠવી જય જિનેન્દ્ર સાથે ભાષણ પૂર્ણ કર્યું હતું.
