Chairman of U.S.-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) John Chambers said on Jun. 3 that India and the United States are moving towards realizing a “common vision”, hoping the bilateral trade is a matter of “when, not if”.
On the much-anticipated trade deal, Chambers said: “…it's purely a question of when, not if, and for it to be meaningful in terms of the most important steps toward a trade agreement that will help others understand what the benefit could be together.”
