The Opportunity

Join a dynamic team as a Junior Salesforce Administrator and help power the sales and marketing operations of a fast-growing, Florida-based company. You’ll work closely with a senior Salesforce professional, supporting users, maintaining system integrity, and helping drive adoption across our organization of 1,000 employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your Salesforce expertise in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

User Support & Training:
Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, primarily in Sales and Marketing. Respond to tickets, troubleshoot issues, and deliver basic training to new users.
System Maintenance:
Assist with routine Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, data imports/exports, report/dashboard creation, and maintaining data quality.
Configuration:
Make basic configuration changes (fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, etc.) under the guidance of a senior Salesforce Admin.
Documentation:
Help document processes, user guides, and configuration changes to ensure clarity and consistency.
Collaboration:
Work closely with your senior Salesforce colleague to prioritize requests, test new features, and roll out enhancements.
Adoption & Best Practices:
Promote Salesforce best practices and help drive user adoption across the organization.

What You'll Bring

Experience:

At least 18 months of hands-on Salesforce administration, ideally supporting Sales and/or Marketing teams.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, user management, reports/dashboards, and basic configuration.

Remote Work:

Comfortable working remotely and communicating effectively with distributed teams.

Team Player:

Eager to learn from a more senior Salesforce professional and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Certifications:

Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification preferred or in progress.

Location:

East Coast time zone preferred for team alignment.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000, based on experience
