Position Overview

We're seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Community Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our users and our development team, providing exceptional support while fostering a positive community environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly, and effective technical support to our users via Discord, forums, and email

• Troubleshoot RGB device compatibility issues and software functionality problems

• Document common issues and solutions to build our knowledge base

• Gather and organize user feedback to help prioritize feature requests and improvements

• Moderate community spaces to maintain a positive, helpful atmosphere

• Create support content including guides, tutorials, and FAQs

• Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and communicate user needs

• Stay current with new RGB hardware releases and compatibility updates

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude with PC hardware, particularly RGB peripherals and components

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Discord community management and moderation

• Patient, empathetic approach to customer service

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users of varying expertise levels

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities

• Previous experience in technical support or community management preferred

• Passion for PC building, RGB customization, and gaming culture

• Knowledge of multiple RGB ecosystems (Corsair, Razer, Logitech, etc.) is a plus

Personal Qualities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and solve community management problems

• Good communication skills for collaborating with others
