As a Revenue Growth Strategist, you’ll own the revenue outcomes for a portfolio of high-performing short-term rentals. You’ll use tools like PriceLabs, analyze market trends, apply creative pricing strategies, and optimize every listing—every single day. Your work will directly impact your clients’ topline performance and position you as a trusted partner to 7- and 8-figure operators.
This role requires sharp analytical thinking, strategic insight, and a strong sense of ownership. You won’t just implement tactics—you’ll drive strategy, make bold calls, and back them up with data.

We’re Looking For
- Experience in short-term rental or hospitality revenue management
- Proficiency with tools like PriceLabs, Beyond, or Wheelhouse
- Strong analytical skills and command of Excel/Google Sheets
- A proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
- Clear and confident communication—both written and verbal
- Deep curiosity and drive to continuously improve
- Preferred STR operator or host experience
Responsibilities
- Optimize pricing daily for every listing in your portfolio
- Analyze market data, seasonal trends, and pacing to adjust rates dynamically
- Collaborate with operators to align pricing with business goals
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend revenue-enhancing strategies
- Monitor and report on key revenue KPIs, pacing, and performance
- Leverage pricing tools like PriceLabs to execute your strategy
- Maintain a standard of excellence across all listings in your care
Compensation & Growth Path
- Base Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
- Quarterly Bonus Pool: Performance-based bonuses can push total comp to $150,000
- Growth Path: Clear trajectory toward Senior Strategist, Team Lead, or Portfolio Director roles
