The Operations Project Manager will lead and coordinate cross-functional operational workflows to ensure successful analyzer implementations, inventory logistics, clinic lab onboarding, and client success milestones. This role requires strong project management and client relations skillsets, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects across the implementation and post-launch lifecycle.
You’ll work closely with leadership, technical vendors, lab personnel, and internal stakeholders to drive efficient, repeatable operations that support Thrive 365 Labs’ growth and excellence in client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Implementation Management
- Oversee open channel analyzer launch processes from site readiness through go-live across multiple clinic and lab locations
- Coordinate delivery logistics, installation vendors, validation test execution, and training sessions in strict timelines.
- Manage implementation Gantt charts, milestone trackers, and status reporting dashboards
- Maintain SOPs, onboarding documentation, and operational playbooks
Client Operations & Customer Support
- Serve as a point of contact for operational escalations, coordinating between clients, vendors, internal teams and the ops manager to mitigate operational needs.
- Manage weekly client check-ins, inventory submission oversight, and performance metric reviews post-launch
- Help ensure timely communication of shipping details/timelines, site access requirements, and training scheduling
- Support the development and execution of a scalable customer success infrastructure to improve client retention and satisfaction
- Assist in building SOPs, client playbooks, and escalation workflows that ensure a consistent and responsive support experience
- Help evaluate and implement customer support tools (e.g., help desk systems, ticketing, knowledge bases) that streamline post-launch issue resolution
- Partner with leadership to lay the foundation for a dedicated customer success team, including support hiring, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Support clinic labs in preparing for CLIA/COLA inspections through lab director contracting for guidance on lab compliance standards, documentation review and site-readiness assessments
Inventory & Logistics Oversight
- Monitor inventory fulfillment workflows, including reagent, calibrator and control shipments, kit tracking, testing volumes and reorder cadence and usage.
- Support the back-end setup and ongoing management of the Unleashed inventory system to track stock levels across clinic locations
- Assist in building a client-facing B2B ordering workflow within Unleashed that enables labs to directly purchase reagents, calibrators, controls, and ancillary supplies
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure product SKUs, pricing, and reorder thresholds are accurately configured and synced with usage trends
- Partner with supply chain and finance leads to ensure inventory data aligns with procurement cycles, client billing, and fulfillment accuracy
Workflow & Systems Optimization
- Assist in improving internal tooling for launch readiness, including form submissions, CRM usage, and workflow tracking
- Support the buildout and optimization of scalable processes for repeatable launches
- Collaborate with leadership to identify KPIs and operational levers that impact launch success and clinic satisfaction
