What You’ll Do

You’ll shape the strategic backbone of our marketing work — from client kickoffs to campaign launches. Your job isn’t just to map where we’re going, but to help us get there smarter and faster.

You will:

  • Translate client goals into strategic plans that actually make sense (and work).
  • Develop campaign ideas, content themes, messaging frameworks, and multi-channel roadmaps.
  • Define positioning and value props that sound like humans, not AI-generated gibberish.
  • Analyze what’s working, and what’s not, using tools, platforms, and good old-fashioned logic.
  • Collaborate with creatives, content leads, PMs, and clients to ensure execution matches intent.
  • Lead strategy workshops, build briefs, and present with clarity and confidence.
  • Keep a pulse on audience trends, industry shifts, and what makes people actually care.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or a hybrid role across content, digital, or campaign strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead marketing efforts across digital campaigns, product launches, and content programs.
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms (web, social, email, search), marketing funnels, and customer journeys.
  • Experience turning business objectives into clear marketing plans, not just flashy slide decks.
  • The ability to write, think, and present with clarity; you make things simple, not shallow.
  • Familiarity with tools like GA4, Semrush, Notion, Airtable, Miro, Figma, HubSpot (or similar).
  • Experience developing messaging hierarchies, brand stories, and content pillars.
  • A strong POV and the ability to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and add strategic value.
  • Confidence in collaborating cross-functionally; you’re the glue between client goals and creative execution.
  • A balance of creative intuition and analytical thinking; you know when to test and when to trust.
  • Experience juggling multiple projects with the ability to set priorities and keep moving without chaos.
  • Strong client-facing skills: you can lead conversations, make the complex clear, and earn trust quickly.
