Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to lead key initiatives in document optimization, workflow automation, and AI integration across their rapidly growing business.

This is a mission-critical role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and operations, with a deep passion for building scalable systems that empower teams and enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Systems & Workflow Optimization

Design and implement company-wide onboarding workflows for rapid new hire ramp-up.
Reorganize document systems to ensure AI-readiness, structured accessibility, and efficient searchability.
Enhance internal collaboration through cross-departmental workflow improvement.

Technology & AI Integration

Lead the integration of AI and wiki-specific tools to accelerate knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain document management policies that support advanced AI search and retrieval.

Reporting & Data Readiness

Package and deliver operational and financial reporting to COO/CFO and other stakeholders.
Build dashboards and tools to monitor vendor performance, compliance, and operational metrics.

Vendor & Risk Management

Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance tracking, and contract oversight.
Map risk and compliance frameworks (e.g., RYG models), develop risk registers, and lead mitigation strategies.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
Conduct operational audits and establish a consistent compliance audit trail for insurance and internal controls.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally within a high-growth, tech-centric environment.
Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving workflow automation.
Expertise in document management systems (e.g., Google Workspace) and AI-powered tools.
Strong experience in risk management, compliance mapping, and vendor oversight.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
