Skills:

We’re hiring a high-bandwidth, mid-level backend engineer to work on challenging problems in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment. You should currently be at a high-powered startup or similarly intense environment. If you thrive in lean teams, care about code quality, and move fast — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend infrastructure
Take ownership of features end-to-end, from design to deployment
Solve real-time performance and system challenges
Work cross-functionally with product and design

What We're Looking For:

3–6 years of backend experience at a high-performing startup or tech company
Proven ability to deliver quickly and iterate fast
Strong coding ability in modern backend languages and frameworks
Excellent systems thinking and autonomy
