Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Analyst to join a high-performing team focused on customer-centric innovation through data. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in executing and managing complex research programs, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple business units. The position offers the chance to work in a hybrid model, with a requirement of three days per week onsite in Philadelphia, Eastern Time working hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of large, recurring customer and market research studies
  • Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners
  • Maintain consistency and quality across tracking studies and reporting processes
  • Contribute to the design, testing, and deployment of surveys aligned with business needs
  • Analyze diverse data sources to distill trends, insights, and business recommendations
  • Present clear, concise findings and updates to project stakeholders
  • Support overall research operations through effective planning, documentation, and communication

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Statistics, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or Data Science
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in research or customer insight roles; consulting or agency background is a plus
  • Proven expertise in managing continuous tracking studies or longitudinal research
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher, Suzy, or similar)
  • Experience with advanced methodologies (e.g., Conjoint, MaxDiff) is an advantage but not required
