As our Marketing Project Manager, you’ll oversee and coordinate marketing activities across all channels—from social media and influencer marketing to community outreach and studio presale campaigns. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute brilliant, cohesive marketing strategies with measurable results. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all marketing projects and initiatives across digital, local, and community channels
  • Develop and oversee studio-level marketing for each stage of the studio lifecycle, from presale through maturity
  • Collaborate with sales and operations for studio openings and onboarding campaigns
  • Manage internal and outsourced teams, including dev/tech, design, and media buying
  • Track marketing KPIs and conversion metrics; provide data-driven reports and recommendations
  • Own the marketing calendar; coordinate campaign execution across departments
  • Ensure marketing budgets align with performance goals and strategic initiatives
  • Uphold consistent brand guidelines while driving innovation and local engagement
  • Oversee lead generation, promotions, and events across all channels
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

  • Eligible to work within the US as a citizen or a Green Card holder
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of project management in marketing or advertising
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical/dev teams, design teams, and media buyers
  • Located in EST or CST time zones, preferred
  • Can work Monday-Friday, 9 - 6 pm EST
  • Able to travel occasionally and participate in in-person marketing events, and Yoga Joint studio visits as required (Less than 10%)
  • Familiarity with marketing across fitness or multi-location brands is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms, analytics tools, and web tracking
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and a distraction-free workspace
