Indian Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, will announce the 2023-2024 Union Budget on February 1, 2023, for which the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) has released its suggestions on tax reforms.
Through the US India Tax forum, USISPF has a focused initiative to understand tax laws and ulatory policies in India. This forum enables policymakers in the Indian government, international tax professionals, and the business community at large to interact and promote a tax climate that will both help investors grasp the complexity of the tax rules and make India an appealing investment destination.
