The governments of Gujarat and UK have come together to transform Ahmedabad into a ‘Global EV Lighthouse City’ and for electrification of vehicles in the Indian state.
The initiatives were discussed during the British High Commissioner Alex Ellis' meeting with the Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on Jan 9, 2023. The Minister of State for Transport Harsh Sanghavi was also present on the occasion.
