Houston-based attorney and daughter of an Indian immigrant Punjabis, Manpreet Monica Singh has become first female Sikh judge in the United States.
Singh was sworn in on Jan 1, 2023 by first South Asian Judge in Texas, Ravi K Shandil and currently presides over Harris County Civil Court at Law no 4.
