Indian Badminton player P V Sindhu has emerged as the richest female sportsperson of the country according to the Forbes list of richest female athletes in 2022. The magazine curated a list of the World’s highest paid female athletes that includes 24 sportspersons and Sindhu ranks 12th in the list.
According to the magazine, she earned US$ 7.1 million in 2022, of which US$ 0.1 million were earned in on-field performances while the remaining amount was earned in off-field assignments.
