A significant number of defence ministers from the African Union have expressed solidarity with India in its demand for a permanent seat on the United Nations Security Council.
This was conveyed by them at the on-going DefExpo 2022 -- the country's largest annual defence showcase -- that began on Tuesday in Gandhinagar, the capital of Gujarat in western India.
