U.S based nonprofit celebrates 25 years of reducing poverty and improving children’s lives in India

To continue its philanthropic efforts through a second school, Shanti Bhavan will host a series of gala events around the world.

US-based Shanti Bhavan Children's Project, a nonprofit founded by an Indian American philanthropist, celebrated 25 years of creating socioeconomic change in India by launching a second school.

The first residential school launched by the nonprofit in Baliganapalli, Tamil Nadu, India, provides high-quality education from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade education to children born into India’s lowest socioeconomic class in an effort to end generational cycle of poverty.
