The intervention will be implemented in the Thakur Munda and GB Nagar blocks of the Mayurbhanj district benefiting about 20,000 preschoolers and 12,000 adolescents.

The American India Foundation (AIF) and the Women and Child Development Department of the Government of Odisha have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly implement an Integrated Program for Children.

The Program will alleviate malnutrition, support early childhood education (ECE), and enhance the mental health of 10,000 preschoolers and 12,000 kids between the ages of 11 and 15 in the Thakurmunda and Gopabandhu Nagar Blocks of Mayurbhanj District.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Shubha Sarma (IAS), Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Odisha, and Basanti Hembram, Minister of State (Independent Charge), Department of Women and Child Development, Lok Seva Bhawan, Bhubaneswar.
