62 percent of those cured of blindness by the foundation are over 70 years old.

The Tej Kohli and Ruit Foundation, a non-profit funded by Indian born British billionaire, Tej Kohli, has successfully cured 17,289 people from remote and underserved communities of cataract blindness.

The London-based organization is co-founded by Nepal-born Dr. Sanduk Ruit, famously known as the ‘God of Sight’ for curing thousands of people from blindness and becoming one of the most respected eye surgeons in the world.
