Tata Motors and Uber sign MOU for XPRES-T EVs

The XPRES-T EV is the first car sold under the "XPRES" brand, which Tata Motors established solely for fleet customers in July 2021.

Tata Motors, the largest automaker in India and a leader in the country's EV evolution,  inked an MoU with Uber, the largest ridesharing service in India, to integrate 25,000 XPRES-T EVs into their premium service category.

Tata Motors will assist Uber in electrifying its services throughout Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad in line with its mission of a clean and green environment. Starting this month, the company will start deliveries of the vehicles to Uber fleet partners.
