The Switch Enterprises LLC, a New York-based provider of video production and transmission services, will be acquired by Tata Communications through its wholly-owned foreign subsidiary Tata Communications (Netherlands) B. V, the company declared on December 22, 2022.
Tata Communications will expand its presence in the US media and entertainment business as a result of this transaction. In addition to the 100 percent stock holding, Tata Communications will also acquire the assets of the parent Canadian, American and British subsidiaries
