A study by the National Foundation for American Policy (NFAP) has revealed that the low annual limit for US H-1B work visa petitions adversely effects employers trying to recruit foreign talent.
The findings of the study, titled 'H-1B Petitions And Denial Rates In FY 2022' states that the 85,000 new H-1B petitions allowed each year for companies represent only 0.05 percent of 165 million people in the U.S. labor force.
