SGPC honors US Based Sikh researcher for his record on lost Sikh heritage

Sikhism in Pakistan has an extensive heritage and history, although Sikhs are a minority in Pakistan today.

The Shiromani Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), the apex Sikh organisation in India, honoured United States based researcher S.Dalvir Singh Pannu for his work in recording lost Sikh heritage in Pakistan.

Dalvir Singh recently met with SGPC president Advocate S. Harjinder Singh Dhami to discuss about Sikh heritage in India and Pakistan. On the occasion and Dalvir Singh presented Dhami with his book ‘The Sikh Heritage Beyond Borders’ which he wrote  based on the record of Sikh heritage in Pakistan.
