Sewa International hosts charity golf tournament in Texas

The program was planned organized and managed by Sewa volunteers, who included school children with the proceeds aimed towards service activities.

Indian-American non-profit organization Sewa International recently hosted a Charity golf event at the Clear Creek Golf Course in Pearland, Texas. The program commemorating the victims of 9/11 is being conducted for the second year in a row.

The inaugural shot with the ‘Sewa Golf ball’ was teed off by Ed Thompson, District 29, Texas State Representative.  The Mayor of Pearland Kevin Cole was also present at the event and gave away the awards to the winners of the tournament.
