SAP SE, a German multinational software company, has nominated Indian American businessman Punit Renjen as the successor to Dr. Hasso Plattner, who served as the chairman of the firm's supervisory board.
According to a news release, the shareholders will vote on Renjen's candidature at the Annual General Meeting on May 11, 2023. If approved, Renjen will take over as the SAP supervisory board member after Plattner's tenure ends in May 2024.
