Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans, Inc., a nonprofit educational organization announced that Rajesh Subramaniam, president and chief executive officer of FedEx, will be the recipient of its Horatio Alger Award that is conferred upon individuals who have succeeded despite facing adversities, and who have remained dedicated to humanitarian work and education in their communities.
The Kerala-born CEO will also be made a member of the organization along with 12 other outstanding corporate, civic, and cultural leaders from across North America.
