ਸ਼੍ਰੀਨੀ ਪਾਲੀਆ ਪਿਛਲੇ 30 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਪਰੋ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੈ। ਵਿਪਰੋ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਵਿਪਰੋ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ-1 ਦੇ ਸੀਈਓ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੀ।
