ਇਸ ਬਿੱਲ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਟੈਕਸਦਾਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਂਝਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ
