ਇਸ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਜਨਤਕ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਐਕਟੀਵਿਸਟ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿੱਝਰ ਦੀ ਡਰਾਈਵ-ਬਾਏ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਹੈ।
